BTH COMPANY REFUND POLICY OVERVIEW
Thanks for purchasing our products at BTH COMPANY.
Due to the nature of our business and the products we sell, items are not expirable. So if you feel that you have received a product with any kind of damage or you have not received a product with any accessories which is mentioned in the product listings on our website, then only we are liable for the refund, after considering images of the parcel what you have received.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
